Cancelation Policy
With the confirmation email, the participant is definitively registered for participation in the ISMST World Congress June from 6 to 9 June 2024.
Any cancellation of registration must be notified IN WRITING to the secretariat by email at registrations@ismst2024.
Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:
For cancellations received by March 7, 2024:
Full registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of € 100,- .
**All refunds will be made after the congress by only wire transfer at the utmost June 30th, 2024.
For cancellations received after March 7, 2024:
No refund will be provided (including cancellation of Congress Dinner). You can opt for a ‘substitute position’. Instead of coming himself, the participant sends another person, provided he or she meets the profile of the participants. This is possible at no extra cost. For this, an email must be sent to registrations@ismst2024.com with the name of the person who will replace it.
